Your role
Are you passionate about marketing and looking to gain hands-on experience in a dynamic B2B environment? As a B2B Marketing Project Assistant, you will support the execution of marketing initiatives aimed at higher education institutions. This is an excellent opportunity for students or recent graduates to explore the world of marketing, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop practical skills. You will report to our Team Lead - Product Marketing & Attribution Product Management.
Your Goals & Responsibilities
As a B2B Marketing Project Assistant, you’ll support the team with a variety of tasks that give you hands-on exposure to marketing processes and campaigns. Your key responsibilities include:
Assist with campaign coordination: Help organize and execute marketing activities such as online masterclasses, webinars, and special client offers.
Create and maintain marketing materials: Contribute to the development of sales decks, one-pagers, case studies, and other promotional content.
Support digital marketing efforts:
Assist in creating and updating landing pages for marketing campaigns.
Support monitoring LinkedIn campaigns and compiling performance data.
Event support: Help coordinate logistics for events like conferences, exhibitions, and client-hosted gatherings.
Performance tracking & reporting:
Learn to use analytics tools to gather campaign performance data.
Help prepare reports and suggest ideas for improving future campaigns.
Team collaboration:
Work closely with teams like content, design, product, and sales to ensure seamless project execution.
Participate in brainstorming sessions and team meetings.
