In this role, you will be the first point of contact for Dutch-speaking airline customers. Your primary responsibility will be to assist with inquiries related to bookings, cancellations, and general customer assistance, ensuring a seamless and pleasant travel experience for our clients.

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service, preferably in the travel or airline industry
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
• Willingness to relocate to Greece for the duration of the contract
• Proficient in using computer systems and customer relationship management software
