Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support via phone, email, and chat in Dutch
- Handle customer inquiries and resolve issues promptly and accurately
- Utilize support tools and resources to assist customers effectively
- Maintain a friendly and positive demeanor while interacting with clients
- Document customer interactions and feedback to drive continuous improvement
- Collaborate with teammates to enhance the customer support experience
- Assist in training new staff members, ensuring a smooth onboarding process
- Fluent in Dutch and proficient in English
- Previous experience in customer service or a similar role is a plus
- Excellent communication skills and a friendly, approachable personality
- Ability to work well in a team and independently
- Basic computer skills and familiarity with customer support software
- Strong problem-solving skills and adaptability in handling inquiries
