As a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Dutch-speaking clients receive outstanding support. Your responsibilities will include resolving inquiries, providing accurate information, and fostering a positive customer experience, all while enjoying the sun-soaked lifestyle and vibrant culture that Greece has to offer.

• Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
• Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information
• Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and finding effective solutions
• Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions
• Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
• Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
• Adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures

• Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
• Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
