As a Dutch Speaking Customer Support Representative, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our Dutch-speaking clients receive outstanding support. Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional customer support to Dutch-speaking clients via phone, email, and chat
- Respond to customer inquiries efficiently and provide accurate information
- Assist customers in troubleshooting issues and finding effective solutions
- Maintain comprehensive records of customer interactions
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer satisfaction
- Stay updated on company products, services, and policies
- Adhere to quality standards and follow established procedures
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Experience in customer service or a related field is a plus
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
