<p><strong>Role Overview</strong></p>
<p>As we expand our operations, we are seeking an <strong>Experienced Recruiter</strong> to join our team and help us scale our recruitment efforts during this exciting growth phase. You will play a pivotal role in identifying, attracting, interviewing and onboarding top talent to drive our mission forward. The main roles that we’re regularly recruiting for are developers, project managers/product owners and sales executives - all with experience in tech.</p>
<h2 id="tasks">Tasks</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Collaborate with management and other members of the recruitment team to understand hiring needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Manage and support end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selecting candidates for a variety of roles.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Utilize job boards, social media, professional networks, and other creative channels to find and engage top talent.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Build and maintain a talent pipeline to ensure readiness for future hiring needs.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Conduct initial candidate screenings to assess cultural fit, technical capabilities, and career aspirations.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Coordinate interviews and manage communication between candidates and hiring teams.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Track and report recruitment metrics to measure hiring success and identify areas for improvement.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Stay updated on recruitment trends and market conditions to continuously improve our hiring processes.</strong></li>

<h2 id="requirements">Requirements</h2>
<ul>
<li><strong>Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably within a tech-focused environment.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Strong understanding of sourcing techniques and tools, including LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and ATS platforms.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage candidates and build relationships.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Ability to manage multiple recruitment projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.</strong></li>
<li><strong>A results-driven mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional candidate experiences.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Familiarity with tech roles (e.g., developers, engineers, product managers) is a plus.</strong></li>
<li><strong>Fluent English</strong></li>
