This is what you will do
Within the Consumer cluster, we work on the offer for all consumers who want to go out with NS and we are in the middle of the transformation to S/4Hana. At the same time, we are still developing on our current SAP CRM systems and these also need to be maintained. We are looking for a functional SAP consultant who can manage and develop in today's world.
You have the following competencies:
- As an administrator, you can maintain an overview and switch between process and technology;

- You are responsible for designing, building, testing and maintaining interfaces and business processes;
- You focus on the continuous improvement of the product, the team and the process;
- You identify obstacles in the organization and the team and try to solve them where possible.
We work with the following three behavioral characteristics: speaking up, daring and willingness to change. For this function in this team, the emphasis is on willingness to change. This means looking at yourself and the team with a critical, reflective eye to arrive at better solutions together. In addition, we are in the middle of a transformation of the Consumer cluster in which we are continuously looking for an optimization of value streams and the teams. As a consultant, you therefore enjoy working in changing team compositions.
This is where you will work
In the IT department at the head office in Utrecht, commercial and IT professionals work together in multidisciplinary teams. Our mindset is Agile and we therefore work with our own scaled-agile variant: the IT Playbook. We are enterprising, self-organizing and want to continue to learn, develop and improve in order to create an agile working environment.
You will join a small management team where you will work together with two other administrators. You are responsible for managing existing functionalities on the SAP CRM landscape. In the team you are involved in monitoring, development and bug fixing on the current landscape. The team is supplemented every day with expertise from colleagues from Dev-Ops teams, so you will work closely with 15 other SAP developers from other teams. We can be found at the office in Utrecht two days a week to promote our collaboration. Sometimes this can be more, for example during our PI planning. In any case, we have a lot of contact every day and we are always willing to help each other.
These are the requirements
- You have at least HBO/WO work and thinking level;
- You have demonstrably at least 2 years of work experience as an SAP administrator;
- Experience with SAP CRM as an administrator or developer;
- Pre: Knowledge of and experience with the SAP module BRIM;
- Pre: You have experience with agile working;
- Pre: you have experience with SAP PI;
- You have at least 2 years of experience in large organizations with complex IT systems and structures;
- You are willing to perform on-call duties if necessary;
- An excellent command of the Dutch language (spoken and written);
- You are able to communicate in English.
