What is your goal?

As a Finance & Project Administrator at HSO International, you are essential to the company's success. You will be part of the Finance team (6 professionals). Together with your team members, you are responsible for the day-to-day finance & project administration. Furthermore, you will be the driving-force behind the optimization, standardization, and automation of processes.

You must currently live in the Netherlands and hold EU working rights to apply for this role. This full-time position offers a balanced hybrid work structure, combining both office and remote work. Responsibilities...

  • Invoice preparation and processing.
  • Project administration and time registration management.
  • Collaboration with colleagues regarding questions on projects and customers.
  • Following up on outstanding payments and answer customer queries.
  • Accounts payable processing and communication with vendors.
  • Optimization, standardization, and automation of processes.
  • Supporting the Finance Controller with primary accounting entries and month-end duties.

Required Skills

  • Preferably 1 to 3 years of relevant work experience in a similar position.
  • Attention to detail, good analytical skills, critical thinker, and able to work in a fast-paced environement.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
  • Good understanding of bookkeeping procedures.
  • Hands-on experience with accounting software such as QuickBooks is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint), familiar with collaboration tools (e.g. MS Teams, SharePoint).
  • International mindset and ideally experience working across borders.
  • Fluency in English (written and spoken); Dutch will be an advantage.
