Job Description:
Role- PEGA LSA (Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification)
Location – Amsterdam, Netherlands
Working Type – Onsite working mode (5 Days a week)
Language Needed: Just professional in English fluency.
Work position- Min. 6 to 12 months Contract (Possible Extension)
Responsibilities
Solution Architecture and Design: - Lead the design and architecture of Pega-based solutions, ensuring they align with business and functional requirements.
- Develop high-quality, performant, and maintainable Pega applications.
- Define the specific solution processes and business and functional requirements needed to realize these opportunities.
Implementation Guidance: - Guide the team through the implementation process, from design to deployment.
- Provide architecture and design guidance to project teams developing BPM/BRE solutions using Pega.
- Ensure adherence to best practices in Pega architecture, design, and coding.
Technical Leadership: - Lead the technical team through project completion.
- Manage the integration requirements across different systems.
- Work closely with business analysts and other team members to understand the business requirements and translate them into Pega solutions.
Collaboration and Communication: - Collaborate with other architects to explore and define how the proposed capabilities will fit into the overall solution architecture.
- Work closely with the business architect to verify that the outcomes and detailed requirements are aligned to the different benefits realization phases.
- Develop the agenda of workshops and working sessions.
Requirements:
- Certification: Pega Certified Lead System Architect (CLSA) certification.
- Experience:
- Around 10 years of experience in developing large-scale technical architectures.
- Extensive experience in Pega PRPC, including process flows, activities, harnesses, sections, decision tables, data transforms, and reporting.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficient in Java and experienced in developing multi-tier applications using JAVA, Tomcat, and WebLogic servers.
- Experience with web services like SOAP, WSDL, and XML.
- Leadership Skills: Proven experience in leading technical teams and projects.
- Communication Skills: Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with various stakeholders.
