About the Role

As a Data Engineer, you will be responsible for designing and building robust data systems, staying up to date with the latest technologies to maintain and optimize datasets. Your experience and drive in this field ensure success in creating reliable data pipelines. You will also test these datasets and collaborate closely with various stakeholders to translate business needs into datasets that are easily accessible and actionable for Data Analysts, Data Scientists, and other users.

Our consultants work on high-impact data engineering projects for leading organizations like KLM, ASML, and large government entities, delivering tailored solutions that drive innovation and data-driven decision-making.

This is you:

• A completed HBO or WO education with a relevant field such as computer science, computer science, data science, or other related field in which you work with databases
• At least 5 years of experience as a data engineer or a similar role in which you work with Big Data
• Experience in designing and implementing Big Data technologies
• Designing, building, troubleshooting, and monitoring ETL/ELT pipelines
• Knowledge of the programming languages ​​Python, Java, or Scala, and preferably experience with Hadoop and Spark, Flink or Snowflake.

INDUSTRY EXPERIENCES

• Big plus if you have already worked as a consultant, certainly not a must
• At least 5 years of experience as a data engineer or a similar role in which you work with Big Data
