Your Role:
As a Business Development Associate at Agriplace, you’ll play a pivotal role in driving our growth and expanding our market presence. Here’s what you’ll be doing:
- Innovate and Create: Use powerful sales tools to identify and generate new leads, uncovering opportunities that others might miss.
- Strategic Lead Generation: Refine and build lead lists, targeting prospects who are forward-thinking and ready for sustainability and automation solutions.
- Forge Meaningful Connections: Engage with potential customers to understand their supply chain challenges and offer tailored solutions that meet their needs.
- Market Analysis: Dive deep into market data to uncover new opportunities that will advance both Agriplace and your career.
- Experiment and Innovate: Bring new ideas to the table and help us continuously improve our processes.

- Competitive Compensation: Enjoy a competitive salary ranging from €38,472 to €54,432 per year, including holiday allowance and OTE, based on experience and skills.
- Professional Development: Your induction period will be tailored to your experience, with a maximum of 6 months of personalized training to become a top-tier Business Development Associate. We’ll also support your growth into an Account Executive role.

Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
- Language: Proficiency in German is required.
- Work Location: Hybrid working, based in 1012 SH Amsterdam.
- Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday.
