Site Commercialization Project Mgr
At Amgen Breda, medicines are labeled, assembled, stored, and eventually shipped to various countries worldwide. Every day more than 1000 people from 38 different nationalities are working on supply chain processes, manufacturing, marketing, and sales of our medicines, and clinical research into new medicines.

What you will do
Our Site Commercialization team plays a vital role in managing the life cycle for new and existing Amgen medicines which are supplied to millions of patients throughout the world.
Being this professional, you will be responsible for the timely implementation of product launches, variations (CMC & Labeling), and execution of other activities for Amgen products packaged at ABR, ADL, and CMOs, as well as partner products. You will lead the Product Lifecycle Team (PLT) and will be responsible for translating Launch/LCM implementation requirements into implementation strategy and timeline within the ABR Supply Chain objectives and actions per designated product group.
Every single day you make sure all life cycle management solutions are timely implemented and communicated. Besides that, you will participate in and lead end-to-end Projects as part of the overall ABR Project Portfolio.

In this vital role, you will:
• Follow strategic objectives of Regional Operations Leads and/or Senior Alliance Managers, you will ensure effective planning, timely execution, and implementation of Launches and Variations and other activities, in coordination, collaboration, and leveraging on internal stakeholders such as QA, RA, Production & Site Planning, Master Data, Artwork, Warehouse, Customer Service and Procurement.
• Lead and facilitate Product Life Cycle Team meetings, ensuring input for the agenda is received in full and on time. Prepare pre-read and coordinate action items.
• Assure timely and fully compliant maintenance of the Change Control Management System related to Launch executions, Variations implementations, and other activities related to the life cycle management of the Amgen products.
• Own End-to-End Overall Launch Project Plan, with input from Regional Operations Leads (ROLs) and/or Senior Alliance Managers, to support site-related activities.
• Provide key updates to the site and other stakeholders on the status of site readiness activities and related projects.
• Lead and participate in end-to-end Projects, including facilitation meetings with associated functions, creating a project plan, and ensuring overall adherence to Milestones and timely implementation in line with the project scope.
• Execute specific Supply Chain projects and business cases (for example: SKU’s management, rationalization, and implementation of new pack configuration) in a timely and compliant manner.

What we expect of you

• Master’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, or equivalent.
• 3 – 5 years of related professional experience in site commercialization activities.
• Project management experience.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
• Good communication/presentation skills and stakeholder management
• Experience in using Smartsheet, Tableau, and other experiences in the digitalization of processes.
• Preferably experience in the pharmaceutical industry.
Flex Commuting Alert: Please be aware that this position follows a flex commuting policy. It is expected that you will work from the office 2 to 3 times per week.
