At Companial, we are looking for an experienced Marketing Operations & Project Manager to join our team based in the Netherlands, Leusden.
In this role, you will be the orchestrator of all marketing programs, focusing on day-to-day operational efficiency and project execution, while leading and coaching our marketing teams using agile methodologies.
Your expertise in marketing operations, project management, and your ability to facilitate efficient planning and reporting capabilities will be critical to the success of our marketing initiatives.
Reporting to the CMO, you will coordinate the cadence of meetings, agile ceremonies, and reporting while managing larger and more complex marketing programs.
What you will do:
Develop and implement efficient marketing planning, processes and workflows.
Manage the marketing technology stack, ensuring that tools and systems are used effectively
Analyze marketing data to provide reports, insights and recommendations for improvement
Oversee budget management and resource allocation for marketing campaigns
Ensure compliance with marketing regulations and best practices
Lead the planning, execution and delivery of marketing campaigns and projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies, tools and ceremonies
Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure projects are delivered on time and within scope
Facilitate communication and collaboration among marketing teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
Identify and remove obstacles that may impede project progress
Coach and mentor team members on Agile principles and best practices
Coordinate reporting of key performance metrics and project milestones
Oversee the planning and execution of major event sponsorships, including vendor management, logistics, and promotional activities
Lead marketing automation and CRM-related projects, from gathering business requirements to driving the delivery of milestones
What we expect from you:
5+ years of B2B/IT marketing operations experience with a strong understanding of marketing processes, technology, and data analytics
Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent Agile certification preferred
Strong organizational and project management skills with Agile experience in a marketing organization
Event management and coordination experience
Strong understanding of marketing processes and tools
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms, CRM systems, and agile/project management tools
Ability to juggle multiple responsibilities and lead cross-functional teams
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to challenges
Ability to balance strategic thinking with practical execution
