Operations Manager Benelux Full Time

Founded in 2016, Einride became the first company in the world to deploy a cab-less autonomous electric vehicle on a public road (Sweden, 2019). In 2022, we were the first to successfully operate such a vehicle on a US public road. Today our award-winning technology has been launched across 8 countries (and counting). Our clients are some of the world’s biggest shippers, including Fortune 500 companies.
As an Operations Manager at Einride you will work with specific customers in the Netherlands and Belgium. You will manage a fleet of electrical trucks. You’ll be joining a top talent team of ambitious, creative, kind-hearted people who challenge conventional thinking, think big, and aim for zero emissions.

What you’ll do:

  • Engage in deployment projects for new customers
  • Responsible and accountable for the daily contact with the customer. You are the single point of contact handling all operational aspects of the electrical fleet and issues that may appear, and solve this with quality and pace ensuring best possible customer experience
  • Manage driver- and carrier relationship
  • Deliver on agreed service level agreements while optimizing costs and efficiency
  • P&L monitoring and account development
  • Secure uptime and utilization of our CET’s (Connected Electric Trucks)

    • What we’re looking for:

  • HBO Bachelor’s degree (i.e. Logistics Engineering), or equivalent experience/education
  • Knowledge and experience of carriers in The Netherlands
  • Worked in a B2B environment
  • Technical affinity
  • Collaborator. Strong service and solution oriented mindset
  • Flexible, independent & hands on at different levels. Takes clear ownership of tasks
  • Independent and confident in your ability to act, prioritize and make decisions
  • Experience from the growing EV industry and/or startup is a preference
  • Fluent in Dutch & English
    • Preferably your home base is in the Southern part of The Netherlands. We recommend you submit your application, in english, as soon as possible as selection and interviews are held continually.
