Reporting & Consolidation Specialist Full Time

Summary:

As Consolidation and Reporting specialist you will be working as part of the Global Finance team of Envipco Headquarters located in Amersfoort reporting directly to the European Finance Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for the monthly Group closing and consolidation process which starts with the validation and upload of business unit financials to running financial consolidation and reporting.

Key responsibilities:

• Validate, prepare and execute monthly uploads of business unit financials according to IFRS
• Manage the intercompany reconciliation process to ensure accuracy in financial reporting
• Execute timely financial consolidation on a monthly basis for the Envipco Group
• Ensure correctness and completeness of monthly-, quarterly- and yearly reporting packages with specifications and comments
• Support in our yearly Budget and quarterly Forecast process
• Support our external quarterly reporting process
• Support the business with ad-hoc requests and reports
• Support external audits to ensure accurate and compliant reporting according to IFRS

About you

• Degree in Accounting/Finance or relevant
• Minimum 4 years of working experience, preferably within a production environment 
• IFRS knowledge and ideally other GAAPs
• Experience in working with consolidation systems like Adaptive, SAP BPC, Tagetik or OneStream
• Microsoft Office (strong in Excel, Word and ppt) / MS Dynamics is a plus
• Organized, precise and structured approach
• Good communication skills and fluent in English, Dutch is a pre
