Project Coordinator – Strategic Market Access

Our project coordinators support scientific project leads in ensuring the timely delivery of a broad range of market-access deliverables. They also ensure that all projects and assignments are executed promptly and accurately.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities

• Managing project setup and administration on internal and external systems.
• Preparing project meeting slides and summaries for internal and external stakeholders
• Tracking and maintaining details for client invoicing, supplier set-up, and invoicing
• Coordinating calendars and scheduling internal and external meetings
• Maintaining status reports and internal and external communications daily

Experience, Skills, and Qualifications

• Graduate or relevant healthcare qualification
• Experience working in market access in the pharmaceutical industry or consultancy is preferred
• Proactivity, responsiveness, and the ability to balance shifting priorities to ensure that timelines and objectives are met, and expectations are exceeded
• Ability to forge and effectively manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders
• Strong organizational skills
• Superior communication skills (both written and verbal)
• Proficient in MS365 including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams

Travel Requirements

• 5% Potential Global Travel
