Responsibilities
- Provide top-notch customer support to Dutch-speaking clients
- Assist customers with inquiries regarding products and services
- Resolve issues and complaints in a timely and effective manner
- Maintain a detailed understanding of company offerings
- Collaborate with team members to enhance customer experience
- Record and manage customer interactions accurately
- Follow company guidelines and best practices
- Fluency in Dutch and English, both written and spoken
- Previous experience in customer support is an advantage
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to manage and resolve customer inquiries efficiently
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Attention to detail and proficiency in multitasking
- Familiarity with computer systems and software applications
- Willingness to relocate and work in Greece
