Senior process manager CreditCore
Are you an experienced process manager or Black belt looking for a new challenge? In this role you play an essential role in simplifying the Credit Journeys throughout the bank. By identifying shared improvement opportunities within processes in several business units you’ll help CreditCore to install the best group wide credit solutions. Besides you’ll also focus on improving the effectivity of Tribe CreditCores implementation process.
You and your job
Analyse, redesign, model and improve Model, align and improve processes within CreditCore Tribe and focus on the interaction between CreditCore Tribe and Rabobank’s Business Units using the Credit Journey as the platform for communication will be at the core of your activities.
Practical Examples
Supporting squads and the Tribe in process analysis signaling improvement opportunities.
Delivering Group-wide Target Operating Models on various topics like Sustainable Financing Framework, Credit Risk Parameters, Leveraged Transactions, Write-Offs, Collateral Management
Taking ownership and streamline the CreditCore Implementation Process that should be lean, no-nonsense and guiding people in getting things done on a first-time-right basis

You and your talents
Service orientation, creativity, agility, an analytical mindset and being a team player with strong communication as well as coordination skills are clearly essential for this role. Professionals with a credit background and the drive to improve the bank are encouraged to react.
In addition, you can convince us with the following skills and you can show that by experience:
You have a Master or Bachelor’s degree ideally in business, banking, finance, economics or IT
You’re an experienced Black Belt or process manager.
You’ve shown the ability to structure ideas or projects.
You are pro-active and have a proven track record in initiating improvements
The ability to quickly learn process modelling tools like MS-Visio and ARIS. Experience in this field is a plus.
As a Bank with international footprint excellent oral and written communication skills in English is mandatory
You are highly communicative, focused on connecting people and you lead by example
You are creative by nature and have shown to solve problems by a practical approach
You are service minded and have a ‘can-do’ attitude in a large complex organizational setting
This is what we offer you
A salary in the range of €5.115,- up to € 7.307,– (compensation grade 10) based on knowledge and experience;
A thirteenth month and holiday allowance;
An Employee Benefit Budget (11 % of your monthly salary);
Flexible working times and location-independent working;
A pension scheme for which you can opt for a flexible personal contribution of either 5,5% of 3,5%
