This team is tasked with creating and implementing risk management strategies and internal controls across Allego Business Processes. Your primary focus is to advise and assist the business (1st line) in effectively managing all pertinent process and compliance risks, including those related to financial reporting in accordance with the Sarbanes Oxley Act (SOx), given Allego’s status as a US-listed company.Within your role, you facilitate risk assessments, conduct tests to evaluate the effectiveness of key controls, and coordinate actions to address any identified control deficiencies. You function as a collaborative partner within Allego, working closely with various departments such as finance, sales, procurement, and operations to align Business Process controls with their respective needs and requirements.Reporting directly to the Director of Risk & Compliance, you operate autonomously while fostering close relationships with members of the finance team, colleagues from different departments, and the Internal Audit team.
