The Remote Advice and Sales Team (RAST) was established in 2021 with a clear ambition: to handle credit applications up to €1 million in a differentiated way. These credit applications, especially aimed at the "Easy" and "Guided" segment, are centrally handled, whilst still connecting to the customer and giving them the feeling of proximity. Digital, with a human touch.
We work in close collaboration with the business advisors in the regions and aim to process a request within 48 hours to offer our customers quick clarity. Our customers are both entrepreneurs and intermediaries.
We are currently located in Bunnik, the office where we work about 50% of our time. The team currently consists of 39 enthusiastic colleagues! The coming period will be focused on strengthening our intermediary proposition and strong growth in the segment of requests <250k (SEM). As a Remote Advisor Business with the Intermediary Desk, you are part of the team that handles the credit applications from intermediaries who are looking for a business loan for their client. This could be in the form of a loan or a lease and up to €1 million. You are a sparring partner for the intermediaries and together with the Intermediary Advisors you build a relationship with them. In the team, you set an example in terms of cooperation, attitude and behavior. You help to ensure a good atmosphere and the just do it mentality. You initiate improvements within your own circle of influence and you feed the MT with points of attention outside of it.
