Your skills

  • Hunting experience: Track record of successfully building and closing new business opportunities in complex sales environments.
  • Consultative Sales Experience: Possess at least five years of relevant work experience in consultative sales and direct sales within the IoT market, with a robust network of contacts.
  • Telecommunication Sector Interest: Deeply interested in the telecommunication sector with successful experience in this dynamic industry.
  • IoT Solutions Understanding: Demonstrate a strong understanding of IoT solutions and an in-depth knowledge of different IoT verticals and relevant clients.
  • Passion for High-Growth: Have a passion for working with an experienced and motivated leadership team focused on creating a high-growth company in a short timeframe.
  • Proven Sales Track Record: Showcase a proven track record in sales, particularly in customer acquisition.
  • Partnership Development: Capable of developing relationships with industry partners and effectively educating them on 1NCE's offerings.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluency in spoken and written English and Dutch (Flemish) is mandatory for this position. An additional language is of benefit.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills for presenting IoT solutions in a compelling, easy-to-understand manner to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Strong Negotiator: Skills to handle objections, pricing discussions, and contract terms
  • Autonomous Work: Capable of working autonomously with a focus on set targets and a willingness to travel frequently.

Your mission

  • Hunt: Define and execute your strategy to research, approach and win new customers to grow 1NCE market share in your assigned territory
  • Develop Accurate Forecasts: Create accurate forecasts and precise execution plans to guide successful outcomes.

Your interview process

There will be three online meetings

  • First meeting with Recruiter to align on position details
  • Second meeting with Line Manager to have more in-depth discussion
  • Third meeting with Senior Vice President, as the final step of the process
